Altering Item

Grazie a questa dinamica è possibile modificare alcuni oggetti umani in versione gargoyle.

Sui tool di Blacksmith, Tailoring e Tinkering si trova la voce ALTER ITEM (GARGOYLE) che se cliccata vicino ad una Soulforge permette di modificare direttamente un oggetto usando il mirino su di esso o con l'utilizzo delle blank scroll per creare degli Alter Service Contract, delle scroll simili ai repair deed che permettono di alterare gli oggetti anche se non si possiede la skill necessaria per modificarli.

Modificando un oggetto cambierà la sua forma e verranno aggiunte le proprietà Altered e Gargoyles Only, una volta alterato un oggetto non sarà più possibile revertirlo in forma umana, non si perde il colore e si mantengono le medesime proprietà presenti, sarà possibile ripararlo con i consueti tool o repair deed con cui è riparabile l'item originale sarà possibile usare su di esso le Powder of Temperament (se l'item di base lo permetteva).
La funzione di Altering Item mantiene sull'Artefatto alterato i punti vita dell'item (se l'item aveva 230/180 Durability, il nuovo avrà gli stessi), inoltre mantiene anche il colore e il LootType, se questo era Insured o Blessed il nuovo lo riporterà!

Special Conversion

Alcuni Artefatti di Doom non sono direttamente convertibili tramite la funzione di Altering Item. Questi vengono craftati tramite delle Recipes speciali ottenibili come drop al Doom Guantletin forma umana ma sono tramutabili in versione Gargoyle.

Per poter modificare questi artefatti nella versione Gargoyle Only bisognerà raggiungere la piazza di Royal City su Ter-Mur, dove si trovano gli artificeri e la Soulforge. Nelle vicinanze troveremo Vrulkax the Exalted, uno speciale NPC che permette trascinandogli l'item artefatto addosso, una conversione istantanea nel modello Gargoyle, ecco tutti gli oggetti convertibili:
